Position Overview:
The EMT will be responsible for providing immediate and effective emergency medical care to patients in pre-hospital settings, ensuring timely response, stabilization, and safe transport to healthcare facilities. The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess patient conditions
• Deliver essential life-saving interventions in accordance with protocols
• Stabilize patients and provide safe transport to medical facilities
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and emergency supplies
• Accurately document patient care and incident reports
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams
Requirements:
• Valid DOH EMT License (mandatory)
• Proven experience in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient management
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
