For All Positions (Technician / Foreman / Supervisor):
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems – panels, motors, lighting, and distribution boards.
Troubleshoot faults and repair electrical equipment as per standards.
Conduct regular inspections, safety checks, and ensure all works follow electrical safety protocols.
Handle cable terminations, glanding, and routine testing (IR, continuity, etc.).
Follow LOTO procedures and coordinate with safety teams for work permits.
Maintain daily work records and report any issues to supervisors/planners.
Additional for Foreman / Supervisor:
Lead and manage a team of electrical technicians onsite.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project/HSE standards.
Report daily progress, material requirements, and escalate any issues.
Diploma / ITI in Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 2–8 years of experience depending on the role.
Knowledge of LV/MV panels, motors, power/control systems.
Good understanding of HSE, electrical isolation, and permit systems.
Strong communication and team coordination (for foreman/supervisor roles).
