The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical installations, maintenance, and testing activities for fitout projects. The role involves ensuring that electrical works are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution:

Material & Resource Management:
  • Plan and request necessary materials, tools, and equipment in advance to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of electrical materials to minimize wastage.
  • Maintain site records, including work progress, material usage, and daily reports.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues that arise during installation or testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the workforce.
  • Report major site challenges and propose solutions to project engineers or management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the fitout industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, and low-current systems (CCTV, fire alarms, BMS, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to electrical works.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools.
