We are hiring for an Electrical Engineer job in Abu Dhabi to support our client’s paper manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and production machinery.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with motors, drives, control panels, and plant equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance and production teams to keep operations running smoothly, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential for success in this role.

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical systems and production machinery within the plant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, control systems, and other plant electrical components.
  • Support installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and machinery when required.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, electrical standards, and maintenance protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, breakdowns, and repairs.
  • Assist in identifying spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems and plant operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Electrical Engineering experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
  • Experience handling electrical maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with motors, drives, electrical panels, control systems, and plant equipment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and electrical maintenance procedures.
