Job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Supervisor to manage and expand our online presence across leading platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and others. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience handling e-commerce operations with strong skills in analysis, pricing, competitor study, and day-to-day platform management.
Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management:
- Handle Amazon account operations including ASP360 Program Projects and Amazon regulations.
- Manage product listings ensuring accurate and optimized content.
- Oversee FBA shipments, monitor inventory variance, and address discrepancies.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Monitor stock inactive status and ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage wholesale processes from queries to dispatch.
- Handle reimbursement claims and follow-ups with Amazon.
- Recommend purchase requisitions and notify purchase teams of reorder points.
- Provide operational support related to Amazon processes.
- Contribute to the performance of other e-commerce platforms to meet overall sales targets.
General E-Commerce Duties:
- Manage company presence on Noon, Talabat, and other key marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data, pricing, and competition to improve platform performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure product availability, optimize listings, and align pricing across platforms.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and marketing teams to support stock management and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
