Position: Ecommerce Planner

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ecommerce Planner to support the

growing scale of our business across multiple brands and sales channels. The role will be

responsible for forecasting, Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, inventory management, and

replenishment tracking to ensure optimal stock availability and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

ï· Support demand forecasting and sales planning across ecommerce channels.

ï· Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and inventory allocation.

ï· Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and replenishment requirements.

ï· Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, and ecommerce teams to maintain

inventory accuracy and availability.

ï· Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and stock risks to support business

decisions.

ï· Prepare regular planning and inventory reports for management review.

Requirements:

ï· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.

ï· 3-5 years of experience in planning, merchandising, inventory, or ecommerce

operations.

ï· Strong analytical and Excel skills.

ï· Experience in retail, fashion, or ecommerce industry preferred.

ï· Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

ï· Understanding of forecasting and inventory planning concepts.

ï· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
