Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder team. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, office management, and customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the Founder team.
• Correspond with clients, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Handle visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Manage office operations, including maintenance, payroll, staff attendance, and vacation tracking.
• Provide customer service via chat and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee accounts payable and document collection.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years UAE work experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
