Blackford Tech require an experiences Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Technical BA who can demonstrate strong Dynamics 365 experience.
You must be capable of analysing the client’s current in scope processes, designing the target-state process in Dynamics, performing fit-gap analysis, assessing and mapping source data into Dynamics, supporting workflow/configuration, documenting the solution design, driving UI/UX aspects and assisting with testing, user training, go-live, and ELS.
Strong experience with Business Process Flows, Dynamics Sales configuration, source-to-target mapping, and stakeholder workshops is essential.
