Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the deployment and utilization of dredgers, support vessels, floating equipment, and plant.
  • Monitor daily production, project progress, and operational performance to achieve project targets.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including Engineers, Superintendents, Surveyors, and Marine Supervisors.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, and marine safety requirements.
  • Review hydrographic surveys, dredging progress reports, and production data to optimize operations.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges while maintaining project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
