About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Division Manager to lead and oversee the performance of our Furniture Sales Division.
This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, improving customer experience, and managing the end-to-end delivery of workspace projects. The successful candidate will lead the division in achieving sales targets, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the Furniture Sales Division.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Oversee client engagement activities, including consultations, workspace planning, proposals, and project presentations.
- Monitor quotation accuracy, response times, and conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Installation, Finance, and After-Sales teams.
- Drive sales performance and support the team in securing new business opportunities.
- Review operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project delivery timelines and ensure successful execution of workspace projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure divisional profitability, budget control, and achievement of financial targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading sales and operational teams.
- Strong understanding of workspace planning, office furniture systems, and project management processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional departments and project delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the UAE or GCC furniture industry.
- Knowledge of workspace trends, ergonomic solutions, and commercial interior projects.
