We operate Ladurée franchises in Arabia, China, Egypt, and Morocco, and PAUL in Spain, offering luxury pastries, artisanal breads, and authentic French dining experiences. As we continue to expand our portfolio with more brands and locations, we are seeking a visionary Division CEO to lead our international operations and drive sustainable growth.




Role Overview:




The Division CEO will provide overall leadership, guidance, and strategic direction for French Spirit Coffee Shop LLC. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance across all markets. You will oversee long and short-term strategies, manage resources, build and lead the executive team, and ensure alignment with the Board of Directors' objectives. This role requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong leadership capabilities, with some international travel expected.




Key Responsibilities:




Strategy & Business Growth




  • Develop and execute high-quality business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Make informed investment and expansion decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and shareholders.
  • Analyze challenges and implement solutions to ensure sustained business growth.

Operations & Performance Management




  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with strategy and mission.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, sales strategies, and systems to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Ensure the company meets its annual sales and performance targets.

Finance & Resource Management




  • Oversee fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting, auditing, and resource allocation.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports, recommend improvements, and manage resources within budget guidelines.

Human Resources & Leadership




  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing managerial and operational team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, in-house policies, and ethical standards.
  • Promote a positive work environment, employee engagement, and talent development.

Project & Brand Management




  • Plan, manage, and monitor projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain brand standards across all functions, ensuring consistent customer experiences.
  • Monitor food safety compliance, cost control, and operational efficiency across all stores and labs.

Qualifications & Experience:




  • Proven experience of atleast 10 years as a senior executive managing multiple international brands and markets, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, business growth and expansion, and brand management across geographies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in operational excellence, project and risk management, and multi-country compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing cross-cultural teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or international business are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
