Job Purpose
Support the Non-Linear and Structured Credit Trading desk in pricing, risk management, and execution of derivative and structured-credit products. Contribute to daily P&L performance, position management, and client execution activities.
Key Result Areas
• Execute and manage positions in products such as FX and rate options, structured notes, and credit-linked instruments.
• Support the Head of Desk in maintaining portfolio hedges, risk metrics, and daily limit monitoring.
• Provide timely pricing to Sales and Structuring teams, ensuring competitive and compliant execution.
• Monitor market conditions, implied volatility, and spread movements to identify trading opportunities.
• Coordinate with Risk, Product Control, and Operations on trade bookings, reconciliations, and valuation checks.
• Assist in model validation, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, product governance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 6–9 years’ experience in derivatives or structured-credit trading.
• Knowledge of FX and rate-derivative markets, pricing tools, and risk systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering; CFA or FRM preferred.
