Director FP&A

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead their FP&A function across the group. This role is crucial in preparing regular forecasts and reporting to Senior Management and owners as well as budget management for existing and upcoming projects.

Description
Streamlining the implementation of budgeting software across the group.Prepare annual budgets and presentation packs.Reviewing forecasts as well as comparing and analysing previous forecastsPresent updates on each project to Senior ManagementReview feasibility studies.Train and mentor finance staff.Maintain team succession plansContributing financial inputs to ensure targets are reachedPresenting to owners at Board meetings.Working on updating policies and procedures.Cross functional work to improve systems.


Profile
Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CIMA, CPA, CMA etc)Minimum of 10 years senior managerial experience in a large organisationWorking knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Applications
