Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects (off-plan & ready properties)
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), TikTok, and other platforms
Optimize lead generation funnels and retargeting strategies
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with target audiences
Analyze performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage and grow the company’s online presence (website, SEO, social media)
Coordinate property photo/video shoots and virtual tours

Maintain CRM systems and support lead nurturing workflows
Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and UAE real estate
Proven experience in digital marketing within real estate
Minimum 5–6 years of Experience in UAE.
Experience working in both primary and secondary UAE property markets
Strong knowledge of platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
