We are looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our marketing team. The role will work closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Advisor and will be responsible for managing the daily digital content output of the brand. This is not a heavy graphic design or high-level strategy role. We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented content executor who can translate established brand guidelines into consistent daily execution across property listings, CRM content, social media calendars, captions, and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have strong writing ability, good visual judgment, and an understanding of premium or luxury brand presentation. Key Responsibilities Listing & CRM Content Preparation Prepare, format, and manage high-end property listing content for CRM and digital platforms. Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to collect accurate property details, images, and supporting information. Ensure all property listings follow brand guidelines, correct layout, tone of voice, naming conventions, and data accuracy. Review all content before CRM upload to ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism. Social Media Coordination & Curation Plan, organize, and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars. Support the marketing team in converting brand pillars into regular social media content. Review raw photography and asset libraries to select premium images aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Ensure social media content reflects a refined, luxury aesthetic. Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement across social channels. Route client or property-related enquiries to the appropriate team members. Copywriting & Content Production Write clear, polished, and engaging copy for website listings, newsletters, social media captions, and digital campaigns. Adapt writing style to match a quiet luxury, refined, and authoritative brand tone. Support the Marketing Director with campaign ideas, editorial concepts, and thought-leadership content. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and premium presentation.
Skills
Candidate Requirements 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, copywriting, social media coordination, or real estate marketing. Experience in luxury real estate, premium brands, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end consumer sectors will be a strong advantage. Strong English writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Experience working with content management systems, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools. Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, website content, newsletters, and digital brand communication.
