​Charterhouse is assisting a Confidential Hospitality client in Abu Dhabi that deals with high-profile individuals. Due to demand, they are expanding their IT division, looking to hire a Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Manager (Server & Network). This is a hands-on leadership role that offers lots of potential for growth and ownership over technical decisions.




About the Role



The successful Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Manager will manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure operations, ensuring that all systems, networks, and critical technologies are secure, optimized, and aligned with business requirements. The role involves designing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and security standards, as well as conducting regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a strong security posture. The manager will lead and develop a team of IT professionals, guiding recruitment, training, performance management, and technical development activities.




In addition, the role will oversee server and network administration, including configuration, maintenance, backups, monitoring, and incident response. The Manager will define and implement the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection against threats across both on‑premises and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include ownership of identity and access management (IAM), privileged access governance (PAM), mobile device management (MDM), business continuity planning, and disaster recovery preparedness. The position will also lead incident investigation, threat modelling, and vulnerability management efforts while cultivating a culture of strong cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.




About You



The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field



  • A minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure management with a strong focus on Cybersecurity



  • Solid experience with computer network setup, network administration, and network installation



  • Proficient with Computer Hardware, IT support functions, office setup (cabling), etc



  • Experience with Cybersecurity and IT security protocols



  • A track record of executing IT projects



  • A professional manner and the ability to perform to a high standard in a client-facing role



  • Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role
