Handle all import shipments from shipment creation to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product lines, control tower) and external parties (freight forwarders, carriers)
Prepare required documentation for customs clearance
Review documents from the sending location and arrange required authority approvals (e.g. FANR, e-DAS, ESMA, TRA, MOI, MOH, etc.)
Request and follow up with origin countries for pre-alerts and update milestones in SAP
Coordinate clearance instructions with agents and ensure timely delivery
Keep WME updated and maintain a well-organized shipment file system
Arrange International Freight Invoice and COO, and gather clearance charges from agents
Maintain shipment reports including shipment number, declaration number, product line, agent name, and costs
Respond to emails and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics
Strong knowledge of customs laws, port regulations, and coordination with port authorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset
Quick thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
