Job Summary We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented UAE Nationals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives under our Emiratization program.
This role is designed to provide fresh graduates and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in customer engagement, problem-solving, and business operations while contributing to exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution Support administrative tasks such as order processing, account updates, and service requests Adhere to company policies, service standards, and performance metrics Requirements & Qualifications UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Basic computer skills (MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
