Position Summary:


As a Customer Interface Lead within Emerson’s Measurement Solutions business, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of complex projects by serving as the primary connection between customers and internal project teams. Based in Dubai and supporting projects across the Middle East and Africa region, this role works closely with project management, operations, logistics, and global centers of excellence to drive timely execution, strong customer engagement, and consistent project outcomes—particularly within strategic accounts.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all project‑related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, operations, logistics, and global execution teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely review and approval of project documentation, supporting adherence to project schedules.
  • Address customer concerns proactively, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify solutions and manage expectations.
  • Facilitate communication on both technical and commercial topics between customers and internal teams.
  • Provide coordination and functional leadership to cross‑regional, multi‑disciplinary project teams, including teams based in global centers of excellence.
  • Support preparation and review of project documentation such as inspection and test plans, functional design specifications, factory acceptance testing procedures, and operating manuals.
  • Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities, monitor progress, and support corrective actions where required.
  • Represent Emerson in customer meetings, document key decisions, manage RFIs, and support on‑site clarifications and escalation handling during execution and pre‑commissioning phases.
  • Ensure adherence to Emerson trade compliance, health, safety, and environmental policies in all project activities.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:


  • Have bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
  • Have 8-10 years of experience supporting project execution or project management activities within complex, engineered solutions environments.
  • Ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders on technical and commercial topics.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills in a multi‑stakeholder, multicultural environment.
  • Comfort working with common business and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:


  • Experience supporting metering systems, analyzers, or measurement solutions in industrial or energy sectors.
  • Exposure to major end‑user projects in the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, testing processes, and commissioning activities.
  • Project management or business qualifications such as PMP or MBA.
