  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and legal advisors to clarify requirements and confirm contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and ensure engineering activities align with statutory regulations, industry codes, and best practices, flagging and addressing any deviations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of contracts, compliance checks, risk assessments, and other critical project paperwork.
  • Facilitate regular audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews, identifying gaps and helping teams to implement required changes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and report contractual and regulatory risks early in project planning and execution stages.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of risk awareness and robust governance.
  • Support continuous process improvements in contract management, compliance procedures, and data integrity controls.
Required Skills – Contract Administration, Engineering Regulations, and Communication
  • Solid understanding of engineering project contracts, commercial terms, and risk management.
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks and relevant engineering standards.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills to review documentation and identify non-conformance or potential risk.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise reporting, documentation, and stakeholder liaison.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and record keeping in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational and collaboration abilities, managing competing priorities while maintaining compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience – Engineering Compliance, Contract Administration, and Industry Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related technical or legal field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration, compliance, or risk management within an engineering, technical, or construction environment.
Why Join Us – Develop Your Career in Contract Compliance and Engineering Governance
  • Work with respected clients and leading-edge technologies in a progressive engineering setting.
  • Supportive, collaborative workplace with strong emphasis on continuous improvement, compliance, and professional growth.
  • Attractive package including performance incentives, benefits, and development opportunities within a reputable organisation.

We value inclusion and encourage applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. If you are enthusiastic about contract governance, compliance, and making a positive impact in the engineering sector, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
