• 1–3 years of experience creating content for a business, agency, or personal brand.
• Excellent photography and videography skills using a smartphone and/or camera.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, LinkedIn content, and short-form video.
• A strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to adapt them to suit the Booch brand.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience using social media scheduling and management platforms such as Sendible, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• A creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual branding.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with founders, customers, and team members during content shoots.
• Experience covering live events, activations, and behind-the-scenes content is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting to identify what content is performing well and how to improve it.
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, food, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to commute to Dubai Investment Park.
• Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own reliable transport.
