We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) specialist to join one of the leading healthcare facilities in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to critically ill pediatric patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

As a Consultant PICU specialist, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care in a state-of-the-art intensive care setting.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive critical care management for pediatric patients admitted to the PICU including respiratory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.
Lead the PICU clinical team in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for critically ill children.
Coordinate closely with pediatric subspecialties, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care.
Communicate effectively with patients’ families, providing updates, education, and support throughout the critical care process.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and evidence-based research in pediatric intensive care.
Supervise and mentor junior doctors and other healthcare staff working within the PICU.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric critical care medicine and apply best practices to clinical care.
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent qualifications.
Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a Consultant in Pediatric Intensive Care.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting, preferably as a Consultant.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex critical care cases involving pediatric patients.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
