Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAE National to join our consulting team. In this role, you will lead and deliver complex consulting projects across various industries, providing strategic insights and driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and innovation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage full project lifecycles and ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Project & Engagement Management


  • Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies to meet goals and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Strategic Analysis & Advisory


  • Conduct detailed analysis of client business operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert insights on process optimization, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consulting methodologies, and emerging business practices.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership


  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Business Development & Client Engagement


  • Identify new engagement opportunities or areas for additional client value.
  • Support proposal development, client presentations, and other business development initiatives.
  • Maintain strong and ongoing client relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent research and information-gathering skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment
