Job Description

• Lead and manage overall MEP site operations, particularly HVAC works.
• Plan and supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and controls.
• Oversee daily site activities, manpower allocation, productivity, and material management.
• Ensure proper site mobilization, logistics planning, and equipment deployment.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure implementation of HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure milestones are achieved as per approved program.
• Manage subcontractor performance, work quality, and timely completion.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure smooth project handover.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and cost control records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and overall site discipline.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in MEP construction, with minimum 5 years in managerial/site leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems including District Cooling, Chilled Water Systems, and VRF.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospital, or industrial projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
