Construction Manager to lead the execution of brownfield, revamp and offshore construction activities within live operating facilities. This critical role requires a proven leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale oil and gas projects in complex environments, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution while maintaining uninterrupted operations.
- 20+ years of construction management experience on major oil & gas projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in brownfield modifications, revamps and construction execution within live operating facilities.
- Hands-on experience managing modularized construction, transportation, installation and commissioning activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Deep commitment to HSE excellence and safe work practices in high-risk operational environments.
Desirable Experience
- Significant offshore construction and installation experience.
- Experience working on Middle East projects, particularly with National Oil Companies (NOCs).
- Strong understanding of modular construction strategies, sequencing, logistics and interface management.
- Familiarity with managing construction activities alongside ongoing production operations.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience collaborating with EPC contractors throughout project execution and site handover phases.
- Relevant professional certifications or industry accreditations are advantageous.

- Flexibility to begin in an office-based role before transitioning to a site-based assignment as the project progresses.
- Strong focus on maintaining safety, operational integrity, and quality standards within live facilities.
