We are seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that our company operates in full alignment with the regulatory frameworks of the SCA and UAE laws.
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· SCA-accredited Compliance Officer Certification (mandatory or in-progress).
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a compliance or legal role within financial services or fintech.
· Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape, especially SCA rules and fintech compliance.
· Proven ability to handle regulatory filings, licensing applications, and contract reviews.
· Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
· Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
