Job Description

The Compliance Coordinator will support in implementing and maintaining governance and compliance across CNS operations. The role is responsible for coordinating ISO compliance activities, maintaining governance documentation, tracking audit readiness, and supporting governance and service management activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.


This role is primarily focused on execution, coordination, and compliance monitoring, enabling the Governance Manager to focus on governance oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic initiatives.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Compliance
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 37001, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance and governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
  • Coordinate audit preparation activities and maintain audit evidence and documentation.
  • Track action items, corrective actions, and compliance tasks.
  • Maintain the master list of policies and ensure timely document reviews.
  • Prepare basic governance and compliance reports and trackers.
  • Follow up with departments to collect required information and updates.
  • Support the Governance Manager in day-to-day compliance and governance activities.
  • Vendor & Third-Party Support
  • Support coordination with OEMs and partners for governance and compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain vendor and partner contact details, documentation, and communication records.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding requirements, documentation submission, and compliance follow-ups.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of partner/OEM training sessions and awareness programs.
  • Maintain vendor compliance documentation and records.
  • Support coordination of vendor audits and compliance reviews.
  • Track contractual compliance requirements related to governance, security, and service obligations.
  • Maintain third-party compliance and risk tracking records.
  • Audit & Risk Support
  • Maintain audit logs, evidence repositories, and compliance documentation.
  • Track corrective actions and follow up with responsible teams for closure.
  • Support risk assessment activities and maintain risk registers.
  • Monitor compliance with audit, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain audit and compliance tracking dashboards.

Qualifications

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience


  • 1–2 years of experience in compliance, documentation, audit support, or administration

Additional Information

Skills & Abilities


  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards or governance practices is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
