About the Role:


Greenstone is seeking a Compliance Administration Intern (6-12 months) to support the Compliance team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation and internal approval processes. This is a junior internship role suited to someone organised, detail-oriented and interested in gaining exposure to compliance within financial services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the preparation and tracking of investor approval forms.
  • Assist with World-Check screening and related compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, trackers and filing systems.
  • Help collate documents and information required for internal approvals.
  • Support the Compliance team with general administrative tasks.
  • Follow internal processes carefully and escalate any missing or inconsistent information.
  • Assist with ad hoc compliance projects as required.

Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets and internal trackers.
  • Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in compliance, financial services or investment management is preferred.
