NAFIS is a governmental federal program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the United Arab Emirates’ private sector over the next five years. It is launched as part of the “Projects of the 50”, which aim to accelerate the development journey of the UAE. To comply with the UAE nationalization law, our company must hire 10% nationals from UAE by year 2026.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your commercial career at Philips by becoming the “execution driver” behind a regional leadership team- helping priorities move forward, keeping stakeholders aligned, and turning ideas into action across the Middle East, Africa and the Levant. This opportunity is part of our Emiratization commitment and is open to UAE Nationals only.
Your role:
Drive follow-ups with multiple teams to keep deliverables, deadlines, and leadership requests on track
Coordinate across different countries and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
Support preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) and reporting/analysis (Excel)
Join meetings, track action items, and capture key notes when needed
Support sales/service teams with coordination needs and timely information flow
Provide light executive support (calendar coordination, travel via BCD, expenses, meeting/event logistics)
Handle occasional time-sensitive requests in a fast-moving commercial environment
You're the right fit if:
You're an Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFIS
Post-2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics
Fluent in both English and Arabic
You have strong ownership and follow-up mindset- you enjoy bringing structure and momentum
You have excellent organization, time-management skills and high emotional intelligence
You feel comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel (you don’t need to be an expert, however curiosity helps!)
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
