operating within the trading, logistics, and shipping sector. Our client is
looking for a Commercial Manager / Assistant Commercial Manager who will
support commercial and operational activities while ensuring smooth
coordination between clients, internal departments, and service providers. The
ideal candidate should possess strong account management and operational
coordination skills, along with the ability to prepare reports and support
sales activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Coordination
-Maintain strong relationships with existing
clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Support the sales and commercial teams in
managing customer requirements and follow-ups.
-Coordinate with clients regarding operational
updates, service requirements, and documentation.
-Assist in resolving customer concerns and
ensuring timely service delivery.
-Oversee
and support daily operations management activities related to logistics,
shipping, or trading operations.
-Coordinate
with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth
operational flow.
-Monitor
operational performance and maintain service standards.
-Support
the preparation of commercial documents, quotations, and operational reports.
-Prepare
periodic reports related to operations, sales support, and customer accounts.
-Maintain
accurate records, documentation, and client data.
-Track
operational and commercial performance metrics and provide updates to
management.
-Ensure
timely submission of reports and operational updates.
-Bachelor’s
degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-5–8
years of experience within trading, logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
industries.
-Strong
experience in account management, operations coordination, and supporting
commercial/sales activities.
-Excellent
organizational, reporting, and operational management skills.
-Good
understanding of logistics or shipping operations.
-Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must
be fluent in either Korean or Chinese (Mandarin).
-Proficiency
in MS Office applications.
-Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
