Job Summary


The College Coordinator supports the administrative and operational functions of the College of Security and Global Studies (CSGS), ensuring effective coordination between faculty, students, and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills in both English and Arabic to support the college’s academic and administrative activities efficiently.


Qualifications & Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Public Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in academic administration or a similar coordination role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative systems/software.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with policies and procedures related to academic operations and student services.

Job Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main point of contact within the college for faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Receive incoming visitors and phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the College of Security and Global Studies.
  • Assist faculty and staff with college policies, procedures, and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
  • Coordinate and support student-related processes, including admissions interviews, registration support, and academic inquiries.
  • Arrange facilities and provide logistical support for college events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and other indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Maintain and update student and faculty records while ensuring strict confidentiality of all college documentation.
  • Coordinate final grade submissions, incomplete exam documentation, and related academic administrative processes.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely communication with all participants.
  • Attend meetings, distribute agendas, record accurate minutes, and circulate meeting outcomes to attendees.
  • Manage shared folders, databases, and collaborative workspaces related to college operations.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the college office and administrative processes.
  • Support accreditation, quality assurance, and reporting activities as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean of the College.
