We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision machining of components. The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards.
Operate CNC machines such as milling, turning, or drilling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters according to job requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report malfunctions.
Maintain production records and quality reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator (preferably in manufacturing or machining industry).
Experience in operating CNC Turning / Milling machines.
Basic understanding of G-code and M-code preferred.
