Under guidance from the Corporate Clinical Costing Manager, the Corporate Clinical Costing Analyst is responsible to support Corporate Clinical Costing Manager in day to day tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, execute monthly HCPSCs costing with coordination of regional costing analysts; validate and upload monthly payroll and VIP templates in CostPro; Close SEHA HQ cost module on monthly basis, assist the Manager in developing costing case studies.
Strong measurement skills, high level of logic, reasoning power and analytical experience would be pre-requisites to understand and quantify the numerous components of health care.
Demonstrates high level of competency in understanding of the clinical costing, and its operations across SEHA, to deliver value-added consulting.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Operations/Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics or relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Desired:
Master's degree or equivalent professional accountancy qualification with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Health care experience in a core business function with significant exposure and experience finance functions.
