About This Role
We are recruiting a Client Relationship Management - Analyst to join our Corporate Segment team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be at the heart of our client service operations, supporting relationship management activities, coordinating closely with clients, and ensuring seamless delivery of our insurance brokerage services.
Key Responsibilities
Support client relationship management activities, including day-to-day coordination and communication
Liaise with clients to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates on policy status and renewals
Prepare and organize reports, documentation, and correspondence related to client accounts
Assist the Corporate Segment team with general operations, including data entry, file management, and administrative support
Support policy renewal processes and manage routine client queries
Contribute to a professional and client-oriented service delivery environment
What We're Looking For
UAE National
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
0-2 years professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures
Nice to Have
Previous internship or experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes
Customer service experience in a professional setting
