MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To oversee, manage and monitor the overall patient and client experience, including the coordination of client relations services for the business unit




KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To attend to all patient queries related to health packages offered and promote relevant services to clients 


To monitor and oversee the patient journey experience for all VIP and international visiting patients


Effectively manage all administrative matters related to complaints


Conduct daily in patient rounds to monitor and manage patient satisfaction




REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years' experience in a customer service setting in healthcare




REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Financial Management principles
  • Medical terminology
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
  • Patient administration service delivery processes
