Manage procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
Monitor project costs, certify payments, and assess variations and claims.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, industry standards, and client requirements.
Provide commercial guidance to project teams and senior management.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial audits for ongoing projects.
Supervise and mentor the quantity surveying team.
Certified MRICS, MSCS, PMAQS, PRQS, or MMUP Degree in Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveying
