- Logistics
- Provide proactive updates and communication

4. Communication & Coordination- Communicate across:
- Slack
- WhatsApp
- Email & phone
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Support 24/7 coverage via rotating schedules
5. CRM & Sales Tracking- Maintain accurate records in:
- Track pipeline, deals, and client interactions
- Ensure clean and structured sales data
