We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry works for high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects.

• Supervise daily carpentry and formwork activities at site.
  

  
  

• Manage carpenters and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
  

  
  

• Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork details.
  

  
  

• Ensure shuttering, formwork, and carpentry works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  

  
  

• Monitor quality, alignment, leveling, and finishing of carpentry works.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for work progress.
  

  
  

• Plan manpower, tools, and materials required for carpentry activities.
  

  
  

• Conduct inspections and ensure work meets project quality standards.
  

  
  

• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at site.
  

  
  

• Maintain daily work progress updates and report site requirements.
  

  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman in construction projects.
  

  
  

• Strong experience in shuttering, formwork, and civil construction works.
  

  
  

• Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
  

  
  

• Ability to supervise and manage carpentry teams.
  

  
  

• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
  

  
  

• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
  

  
  

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
