Job description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks on residential, commercial, or construction projects. Key responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to meet client requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as walls, floors, door frames, cabinetry, partitions, and staircases.
- Install windows, doors, trims, and hardware with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structural elements as needed.
- Ensure work complies with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
