Job description

  • Support the implementation of capability development programs and cultural initiatives, including logistics and coordination
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions and workshops
  • Address employee queries related to development opportunities and cultural programs
  • Collect feedback from training participants and program users to support evaluation and improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to development programs and cultural initiatives
  • Help coordinate events and activities related to cultural initiatives and employee development
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the management of development programs, including data entry and report preparation
  • Develop and distribute communication materials related to development programs and cultural activities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to capability development and culture
  • Assist with managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Help manage resources and logistics for training and cultural programs
  • Prepare basic reports on program activities and outcomes for review by senior staff
  • Assist in analyzing feedback and data related to program effectiveness and impact
  • Support tracking of expenditures related to development programs and cultural initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the Capability Development & Culture team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Certification in Learning and Development is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 03 years of related work experience in similar industries
  • Basic understanding of learning and development principles
  • Knowledge of organizational culture and its impact
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
  • Experience with training coordination and scheduling
