Deliver detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions on cable fault location, Very Low Frequency (VLF) testing, and Partial Discharge (PD) diagnostic systems.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Assist customers in interpreting test results and offer diagnostic insights or recommended actions for cable condition assessment.
Support the commissioning, setup, and calibration of MV/HV testing and PD measurement equipment.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to enhance client understanding and equipment utilization.
Liaise with the engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on product performance, feature enhancements, and market requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify client needs and propose technically sound solutions.
Participate in on-site customer visits, technical seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote awareness of diagnostic testing methodologies.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Support key account management by providing application-based insights and strengthening customer relationships.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, tenders, and specifications in coordination with sales and product teams.
Ensure that all technical activities are conducted in compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, site visits, and customer communications for reporting and analysis.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, IEC/IEEE standards, and diagnostic methodologies relevant to high-voltage cable testing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in cable testing, insulation diagnostics, or partial discharge analysis.
In-depth understanding of MV/HV cable systems, insulation degradation mechanisms, and PD phenomena.
Experience in field testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of underground cable networks.
Familiarity with VLF testing, TDR, and PD testing methods and standards (e.g., IEC 60270).
Knowledge of Megger or equivalent testing equipment is an advantage.
