Hello Chef is building a world-class food operation focused on quality, safety, and consistency.


We’re hiring a Butcher to prepare and portion meat and fish to high standards. This is a hands-on role for people who care about clean work, correct cuts, and food safety.


You’ll work on the production floor as part of a structured team, reporting to the Head Butcher.


Your Core Accountabilities


  • Food Safety & Hygiene: follow food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and FIFO rules at all times
  • Product Accuracy & Quality: cut, portion, label, and pack products exactly to specification
  • Yield & Production Discipline: protect yield, minimise waste, and follow production plans

What We’re Looking For


  • Hands-on experience working with meat or fish
  • Strong hygiene and food safety discipline
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
  • Reliable team player in a production environment
  • Conversational English (able to understand instructions and communicate clearly on the floor)
