Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data to identify
trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers on Google Sheets using
advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
Insights & Presentations- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business
stakeholders.
- Prepare professional presentations in Google Slides/PowerPoint to support
decision-making and communicate findings effectively.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance,
Industrial Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or other
quantitative/analytical fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot
tables, conditional formatting, and data automation.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides to structure analysis and clearly
communicate insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ability to solve
ambiguous, unstructured business problems.
- Clear interest in business problems and in translating data into actionable
decisions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,
high-ownership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to explain
complex ideas in a simple, structured way.
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and automation, such as Google Apps Script,
workflow automation, or using AI to support data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience working on complex academic or personal projects involving data
analysis, optimization, or process improvement.
- Strong academic performance or standout personal projects are highly valued
(prior professional experience is not required).
