Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and recommend suitable jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) and legal structures.
Manage the full business formation lifecycle, including trade license issuance, visa processing (investor, partner, and employee visas), corporate and personal bank account setup, and coordination of approvals based on business activity.
Provide expert guidance on UAE business activities, license categories, regulatory requirements, and restrictions across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore entities.
Prepare customized proposals, cost estimates, and incorporation roadmaps aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone bodies to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Keep clients informed at every stage and provide consistent support throughout the setup process.
Stay informed on regulatory updates and ensure all client setups remain compliant with UAE laws.
Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and documentation integrity.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in UAE company formation or corporate services.
Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws and Mainland and Free Zone regulations.
Working knowledge of PRO services and visa-related processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong client-handling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
