Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team or senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Track and report on sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and international staffing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
