Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans for ICT Department to align with the organizations goals and client requirements.

Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of facility management professionals.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for facility management projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Monitor expenses and revenue, and implement cost-saving measures.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee the day-to-day facility management operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

Implement best practices to optimize facility performance and energy efficiency.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet service level agreements.

Business Development:

Research and identify new and existing business opportunities - including new market segments, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, tendering or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities.


Requirements Bachelors degree in Electronics / Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 15+ years of Exp in ICT Project & Operations Management.

Strong project management skills and certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.

Strong understanding of ICT projects, regulations, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Financial acumen and budget management experience.

Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Knowledge of UAE-specific regulations and market conditions.
