Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of automotive services, repairs, and workshop operations (preferred).
Ability to build professional relationships and manage key accounts.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in the auto repair, automotive, or service industry.
UAE experience is a strong advantage.
