We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (Business Setup)


Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our expertise includes Business Setup, Mainland & Free Zone Company Formation, Corporate PRO Services, UAE Visa Processing, Corporate Banking Assistance, Tax & Compliance Support, and Government Liaison Services.

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team and contribute to our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and corporate partnerships.
  • Consult entrepreneurs and business owners on the most suitable UAE business setup solutions based on their requirements.
  • Promote PRO Hub's services, including:
  • Mainland & Free Zone Company Formation
  • Corporate PRO Services
  • Investor & Employment Visas
  • Emirates ID & Immigration Services
  • Corporate Banking Assistance
  • Business Licensing & Renewals
  • Tax & Compliance Support
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business consultations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
  • Follow up with leads through CRM and ensure timely conversion.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and government procedures.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, PRO Services, Banking Facilitation, or B2B Sales.
  • Previous experience in a UAE Business Setup consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
  • Knowledge of UAE licensing authorities, visa procedures, immigration, and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
