This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling of technology solutions.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, especially within software and IT services, by understanding client needs and aligning them with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in software and IT sales Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 1+ year of experience in software sales or IT sales Strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement strategies Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value Exposure to SaaS sales is a strong advantage Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic market conditions
