Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Gold Bullion Trading Manager to lead and manage our bullion trading operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, hands-on trading experience, and the ability to manage high-value gold and cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and market participants
  • Execute gold bullion trades (both Fix and Unfix deals) efficiently
  • Manage daily trading activities including pricing, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Handle high-value cash and gold transactions securely and accurately
  • Oversee gold inventory management and reconciliation
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and daily reporting
  • Maintain strict adherence to AML compliance and regulatory standards
  • Lead, guide, and supervise the trading team to achieve business targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in gold bullion / precious metals trading
  • Strong understanding of bullion market operations and pricing mechanisms
  • Experience handling physical gold transactions and supplier coordination
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks including AML/KYC
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in Dubai Gold Souq or international bullion markets
  • Established network within the gold trading ecosystem
  • Leadership experience managing trading teams
